We left Safford Fri morning on the bike intending to go to Bisbee, check it out, and return that late afternoon. It took us longer than expected to get there so we decided to spend the night. We hadn't packed even a tooth brush so my thinking is to keep a few essentials in the bike at all times like underwear and toothbrushes! We had a great trip even though it was quite windy and we got drenched on the way home. Bisbee is higher altitude than Safford and was very nice. The mine tour was very interesting and was a great getaway! I just love riding the bike and we have some 3 dayers in mind!
