Can you believe I had never been to Frye Mesa until now??? Don and I went up on Wed. and had a great time. We didn't even know there was a waterfall there until we followed the water, crossing the creek several times, balancing on rocks and found the pretty waterfall. I'm sure my kids have all been but they never took their mom! We took Brent and Terri up Friday on 2 quads and had such a fun time. We're told kids slide down the waterfall into the water which we couldn't imagine. I need my kids to give me more info on that.
It is such a pretty view of the valley from the mesa. Coming down after dark we looked forward to the day when there would be a beautiful Temple to see from up there!
If anyone knows of fun places to take a quad let us know! We love to go exploring.

You don't slide down that big waterfall silly! You actually drive up higher above the pond area. Then there are little waterfalls you slide down. It's still kind of scary cause you walk up along the cliff kind of. But it's fun! Sorry you were never invited to our fun parties!!
Those pictures brought back fond memories. We took our children up there a number of times to play in the water and go sliding down the rocks. The last time we went was with Maria and Cheryl with their families. The only problem is the water can be very cold.
